We chose to eat here for the first time, and after receiving and tasting our food, we seriously wondered why there wasn’t more people dining here! The food is AMAZING! We had the best AUTHENTIC Mexican food around! I had the Lengua Tacos and a Tripas Taco. They were absolutely delicious, with HUGE pieces of meat, for a very decent price! The homemade chips were Awesome, and the salsa’s are to die for! Honestly… if you haven’t eaten here, you’re really missing out! For the people who don’t care for this food, it’s probably because they don’t know what Authentic Mexican food really is. None of this cheesy sauce stuff. Lol

This place is a bit confusing to find, tucked in the rear of a shopping mall. You'll think you're walking into the wrong alley for a second. The food is pretty decent and comes out fast. We ordered takeout, took a walk in the nearby park, and the food was done when we got back.

Food/Taste/Flavor: 4/5 - Carne Asada and a Lengua Burrito. The fresh lettuce wasn't quite fresh in the burrito as it's quite wilted and soggy from the other ingredients. The large burrito was quite fatter than expected with some filling spilling out of the sides. However, it was quite good overall. Service: 5/5 - friendly but slight language difficulties Ambiance: n/a - ordered food to go Value for price: 4/5 - good food at a reasonable price. Very different from the West Coast burritos we're used to though.

Hands down the best Mexican food in Kentucky. You know it's the best when you see other local Mexican restraunt staff lining up to get in. We are from California, and to find authentic Mexican food here in Kentucky is next to impossible. excited for the folks at Mexico Lindo ????????. If you didn't know they have a new dinning space. The new restaurant is great and the good news is the food is still excellent and from the same kitchen. 06/15/24 Why don't other mexican restaurants do chips and salsa like ML? Again, lunch was off the chain. Thank you

Mexico Lindo is a small restaurant located between Planet Fitness and Peddlers Mall in Elizabethtown. It's located in the back next to the Mexican grocery store. Parking is best in the back. The food here is very fresh with including the tortillas and chips. Their menu is somewhat limited compared to other similar restaurants, but I think they have the best tacos you can find anywhere locally, and the prices are great!
